February is Heart Health Month. EW wants to help spread the word and educate folks about this the #1 killer of women.
What are the symptoms…?
According to the American Heart Association, for women a heart attack may not be as dramatic as what we’ve seen in the movies. Instead we may experience shortness of breath, pain/pressure in the lower chest or abdomen, dizziness, light-headedness, fainting or extreme fatigue. Take the aspirin-then call 9-1-1!
